Harley House Distillery is based in Seaford, East Sussex. We are nestled at the edge of the beautiful South Downs, next to the Seven Sisters Cliffs at Cuckmere Haven. Our home distillery reflects the beauty of Sussex in each of our spirits.

Made Entirely in Sussex
We produce our gin in its entirety, from initial fermentation to the final gin distillation. We produce our neutral alcohol using locally sourced water from an aquifer in the South Downs. This is unusual nowadays as it is a time consuming process however, it allows us to ensure that the quality of water used in every single bottle is some of the purest and highest quality you can find.

We take absolute pride in our rigorous, grain-to-glass process. Because we make our rum entirely from scratch right here in Seaford, we can officially class it as a genuine English Rum. The secret to our distinct flavour? We use only the finest imported molasses and manage every other step in-house.
