Gin Cocktails to Try with Indian Spice and Mango Gin

Mango Gin Cocktail

Everyone loves gin, right? At The Curiosity Series, we are really excited to see what ideas you put forward and really let your curiosity go wild. We will keep you updated along the way, so you can see how the winning flavour was made, making you feel a real part of it. To get stuck into our brand new flavour, The Indian Spice and Mango One, check out some brand new cocktails we reckon you should try.


The Indian Spice and Mango One is made from the sweetest of Mangos and aromatic Indian Spices, this is a gin experience with the taste of sweet mango followed by the gentle aroma of Indian Spices.


Mango Collins

A refreshing cocktail for a hot summer’s day in the garden. It’s fresh, fruity and aromatic, topped with your favourite tonic or lemonade if you wish. This cocktail is bound to make you want another one.


You will need:

10ml Lime Juice

25ml of Mango Puree

Tonic Water or Lemonade


How to make it:

Step 1: Add the gin, lime juice and mango puree to a shaker filled with ice.

Step 2: Give it a good old shake and mix it up.

Step 3: Fill a glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Step 4: Top up the drink with Tonic or Lemonade and garnish with a lime wheel.


Mango Jalapeno Fizzy Cocktail

This is one that will give you a kick, so choose wisely, but we know you’re going to love it. This Tall Mango Jalapeno Fizzy Cocktail is going to lift your spirits and will be your perfect Sunday brunch companion once you give it a try.


You will need:

150ml Mango Juice

3 Jalapeno Slices

30ml Simple Syrup

Sparkling Water


How to make it:

Step 1: Steep the jalapeno slices in the gin for at least an hour.

Step 2: Add the flavoured gin to a glass, stir in the mango juice and simple syrup.

Step 3: Add ice and top up with sparkling water, garnish with a jalapeno slice.


The Martinez

A drink with a little more class but still gives a strong punch of flavour. Enjoy as a long evening drink with friends or just give it a whirl to give your taste buds a change.


You will need:

25ml Vermouth

Dash of Angostura bitter


How to make it:

Step 1: Pour all ingredients in a shaker.

Step 2: Fill the shaker with ice.

Step 3: Stir it gently.

Step 4: Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime zest.
